Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Account Manager to help grow our business in Buenos Aires and across Argentina.
We are looking for someone with a strong sales and business development mindset who knows how to build relationships, understand customer needs, and create new business opportunities. The adecuado candidate has a strong work ethic, a sense of commitment, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
This role is different from many traditional Account Manager positions. The individual will not simply inherit an established portfolio of customers. A key expectation is the ability to identify prospective customers, open new relationships, win new business, and then develop those customers into long-term strategic accounts for S3.
The successful candidate should be equally comfortable hunting for new business and developing relationships once the business is won.

About the Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing S3's customer presence in Argentina by identifying target companies, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, uncovering business opportunities, and converting those opportunities into long-term S3 customers.

• Proactively identify and pursue new prospective customers in Buenos Aires and across Argentina.
