Commercial Finance Business Partner (FP&A;)
A leading multinational company is seeking a talented finance professional to join its Commercial FP&A; team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders, supporting strategic decision making through financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial insights and will gain broad exposure to commercial operations within a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and latest estimate processes.
Partner with commercial leaders to provide financial analysis and business insights.
Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Analyze financial results, variances, and key business drivers.
Participate in planning cycles and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.




Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance with corporate financial standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Control, or Corporate Finance.
Prior exposure to accounting processes, financial close activities, tax, controlling, or back-office finance operations.
Experience working in multinational environments.
Previous experience in Big Four firms is highly valued.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.
Experience acting as a Finance Business Partner for commercial or operational teams.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Experience with Hyperion Planning is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
