Tekton Labs is seeking a QA / UAT Migration Specialist Lead to drive the testing strategy for a large-scale platform modernization.
You will oversee end-to-end quality assurance, set entry/exit criteria, quality gates, and defect governance across QA, integration, regression, security, and performance testing.
You will lead the UAT with business stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure data handling meets PCI DSS, and deliver dashboards and sign-offs for production cutover.
