All channels * Report on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights * Analysing the effect of different channels and how they interact to drive conversions * Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different media channels and marketing campaigns to reallocate or reduce spend * Develop dashboards to enable regular reporting for marketing and wider operational audiences including large datasets * Ad hoc reporting and insight as required based on business requirements Websites * Analyse onsite user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys,
funnel analysis to provide insights on our audience behaviour * Regularly monitor KPIs to track progress against audience development and retention goals * Segment audiences to find high value segments and model the behaviour of these on our sites and across the web External Campaigns * Implement tracking capabilities for each marketing campaign, including but not limited to: o Banner advertising o PPC campaigns o Social campaigns o Email campaigns o Offline campaigns with an online call to action * Conduct post campaign analysis to demonstrate a campaign return on investment and provide recommendations to minimize the cost per acquisition for future campaign iterations Job Boards * Detailed monthly analysis of each job board identifying weaknesses / opportunities to help drive performance * Monitor job board usage by each department identifying the number of jobs posted and making appropriate recommendations based on performance metrics to help reduce spend and maximize our ROI SEO & Social Media * Track percentage of organic traffic as part of SEO strategy * Identify top performing keywords to inform both SEO and PPC strategy * Measure performance of each PPC keyword to inform bid strategy * Assess performance of social media channels against specific goals based on: o Volume of likes / followers / traffic on channel o No. of visits to Page websites from social media channels o Value of social traffic - Percentage of social visitors that apply * Guide the content strategy by monitoring the performance of articles / posts based on: o Page views o Time on page o Shares o Comments Page Group Argentina is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
