Risk and Compliance Analyst (Intake Analyst)
to join our global team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys investigating, assessing risk, and contributing to informed business decisions in a collaborative international environment.
What will be your impact?
Conduct thorough risk assessments to support the onboarding of new clients and new matters for existing clients.
Perform research using a variety of databases and public sources to identify potential compliance, reputational, and financial crime risks.
Analyze findings and elevate high-risk matters when appropriate, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Support compliance and risk management processes by applying established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Review and validate information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm standards.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different regions to facilitate effective decision-making.
Contribute to process improvements and help maintain high-quality standards across the team.
Develop expertise in risk,



compliance, and client onboarding practices within a global organization.
What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
Degree in, or current studies related to, Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience or knowledge of AML, Compliance, KYC, Risk Management, or Client Onboarding processes.
Advanced English skills (mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Motivation to work in a integral, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
