We are looking for a driven actuarial professional eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a general actuarial hub, supporting our different businesses through data-driven analysis and reinsurance management.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of quarterly accounts / proportional reinsurance contracts
Calculation of profit commissions for proportional contracts
Reinsurance: Management of reinsurance contract renewals (ad hoc).
Monitoring of the reinsurance structure and opportunities (semi-annual).
Management and sourcing of facultative reinsurance capacity.
Management of reinsurance claims recoveries / cash calls.
Prepare presentations of relevant data and findings, as needed.
Submission of information to the Superintendency of Insurance (SSN).
Monitoring and control of accumulation exposures.
Maintain effective communication with brokers,



reinsurers, and internal teams (Underwriting, Claims, and Finance).
Requirements:
Degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and translate technical analysis into clear business insights.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
