Reporting to the Southern Cone Sales Manager, the professional is expected:

- Through technical and commercial support, explore opportunities at new and existing customers.

- To work focused on sustainable growth and profitability, not only by selling products but also by providing solutions and delivering value to our current and potential customers as well as the channel partners.

- Establish and build contacts at all levels in customers operations, technical centers and HQ´s to achieve the established sales target.

- Close formal contracts and supplying agreements when possible.

- To give technical trainings to prospects (if convenient) and current customers.

- Keep the routine of visits / virtual visits (minimum 16 per month) aiming prospection, first personal contact, presentations, technical support, carry out industrial tests, presentation of results, lead commercial negotiations, solve logistic issues, etc.

- In the event of a major customer claim, carries out problem analysis and communicates quickly and appropriately (TR, CTR, etc) with EM management team.

- Get information about markets, competition and/or relevant issues related to the company business and ensure it is properly loaded into SalesForce.

- Provide in time and form requested reports (Monthly Forecast, Weekly Reports, Call Reports, Selling Expenses), etc.

- Achieve / Support at the accomplishment of the following goals: Sales, DOH (days on hand), Account Receivable and Slow moving.

- Work looking for 0 incidents / accidents.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

The main requirements that we are looking for in the professional who takes the position, we want:

- Chemical Engineer or Chemical Technician

- Between 8 and 10 years of sales experience (speciality products)

- Able to lead with people and conflicts

- Good communication

- Good to develop and establish relationships with customers.

- Flexibility

- Organized

- Able to translate and interpreting folders, technical reports, information, articles, etc.

- Able to travel in and outside the country (Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia)

- Time Administration

- Negotiation skills

- Advanced english skills
