About Customer Operations

Our Customer Operations (CO) organization is the primary interface with communication service providers. The CO organization has a comprehensive global presence and is active in approximately 120 countries. Its organizational structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams’ deep understanding of local markets. This approach enables Nokia to maintain strong customer relationships. Customer Operations is also responsible for project delivery, ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.

Job Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Accountable for key customer(s) with considerable business impact.

- Responsible for strategic and operational relationship management with customer executives.

- Leads sales team and cross functional business team (including pre-sales, etc) with significant risks and complexity to achieve considerable business targets.

- Responsible for orders, sales, profitability and customer satisfaction of own account.

- Anticipates internal and external business challenges, and drives process, product or service improvements to sustain competitive advantage.

- Combines profound professional expertise with a holistic sense for the business and commercial environment to create mid to long-term business impact.

- Significantly influences strategic decisions within own unit (EG CT), in turn impacting the performance of higher level organisation (EG market unit).

- Solves highly complex problems and develops original and innovative solutions with broad impact on the business.

- Monitors the actions and directions of relevant organisation units and seeks alignment where needed.

- Is an acknowledged and visible authority and strong sales and business manager, typically within a market unit / market.


- Experience in Sales/Pre Sales/Business Development with America Móvil (not mandatory)

- Telecommunications background.
