At Morean, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join an international team and help build scalable growth initiatives through marketing automation, AI, and data-driven campaigns.

You'll work at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, AI, and automation, turning defined marketing priorities into campaigns, automated workflows, and AI-powered solutions that support acquisition, activation, and retention.

You'll work autonomously, using market and funnel data to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact. You'll also collaborate with Marketing and Business Operations teams to understand market context and improve campaign execution.

What You'll Do

- Monitor market and funnel data to identify opportunities and determine the right campaign response.
- Own campaign execution end-to-end, from audience selection and channel setup to performance tracking.
- Build and optimize triggered campaigns, onboarding sequences, re-engagement flows, and other lifecycle initiatives.
- Translate marketing strategies into scalable systems and automated workflows.
- Identify manual marketing processes and use AI and automation to improve speed, personalization, and efficiency.
- Build AI-powered workflows for acquisition, content, and competitive intelligence.
- Work with LLM tools and APIs to design prompts, structured outputs, and evaluation processes.
- Build and improve tools that enable faster campaign activation across different channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Operations teams to understand market conditions and improve decision-making.




- Stay current with developments in AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Technical Marketing, or a similar role combining strategy and execution.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Smartly, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of B2C funnels, including acquisition, activation, retention, and user behavior.
- Experience building and optimizing triggered campaigns and automated workflows.
- Ability to work autonomously with low-code and AI tools to turn ideas into practical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, including prompt design, structured outputs, and evaluation workflows.
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Clay, Framer, Lovable, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with marketplace or gig economy products.
- Background in worker acquisition, supply-side growth, or B2C lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with paid acquisition channels and campaign automation.
- Experience building internal tools or workflows adopted by marketing teams.
