Zentra Solutions is a growing marketing, technology, and operations agency helping businesses improve their digital presence, marketing systems, customer experience, and internal operations.

We provide services including website development, graphic design, advertising, CRM systems, marketing automation, lead generation, branding, and ongoing marketing support.

We are looking for our first full-time production employee to help us increase our capacity and serve more clients while maintaining a high standard of quality.

The Role

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Web Production Specialist who can help execute marketing and production work across multiple client accounts.

This is not a role where you will focus on only one thing. You should be comfortable working on websites one day, creating a flyer or advertisement the next, updating a CRM, preparing graphics, using AI tools, and communicating with clients or vendors when necessary.

You will typically help manage production for approximately 1-4 clients at a time, depending on the size and workload of each account.

The long-term goal is for this person to take ownership of a significant portion of Zentra's production work, allowing the company to continue adding and servicing more clients.

Core Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include

- Building, editing, and maintaining WordPress websites
- Building and modifying websites using Divi
- Creating landing pages and lead-generation pages
- Creating graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Designing flyers, posters, brochures, signage, advertisements, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral
- Creating and editing vector graphics when needed
- Preparing designs for digital use and professional printing
- Creating and resizing advertisements for different platforms
- Using ChatGPT and AI image-generation tools to assist with creative production
- Using Claude and other AI tools to improve productivity, research, writing, organization, and production
- Setting up and managing GoHighLevel accounts
- Building CRM pipelines
- Creating forms, calendars,



workflows, and automations
- Updating contact records and client information inside CRM systems
- Assisting with lead-generation and advertising campaigns
- Making basic website updates and troubleshooting issues
- Managing revisions and production requests from multiple clients
- Organizing client files, graphics, assets, and project information
- Preparing and sending professional emails
- Making occasional business or client-related phone calls
- Communicating with vendors, clients, or partners when assigned
- Completing basic administrative and marketing tasks as needed

Client & Project Management

You may be assigned approximately 1-4 active client accounts at a time.

- CRM updates
- Automations
- Graphics
- Flyers and signage
- Lead-management systems
- Client requests
- General digital marketing production

As you become familiar with our systems and standards, we want you to become increasingly responsible for managing the production side of assigned clients.

Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position.

We are currently looking primarily for candidates located in Argentina or Venezuela.

You will work directly with the owners of Zentra Solutions and will have an opportunity to grow with the company as we increase our client base.

Because this is an early hire for the company, we are looking for someone who wants more than a temporary freelance project. We want someone dependable who can become an important part of Zentra's long-term operations.

Compensation

$500-$800 USD per month

Final compensation will depend on:

- Previous experience
- Design capabilities
- WordPress/Divi experience
- GoHighLevel experience
- Overall technical ability
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently

There will be opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation as the company grows and the employee demonstrates the ability to independently manage more production responsibilities.
