We’re looking for a hybrid FP&A; Analyst/Manager. As an FP&A; Analyst, you'll own the basics (AP/AR, ledger entries, coordinating with our outsourced accounting firm) and build systems (cash forecasting, reporting packs, KPI dashboards) with minimal guidance. This position will report directly to the CEO and CFO, gaining board and lender visibility, while also rolling up their sleeves on transactional tasks. We’re a lean, private-equity–backed manufacturing company looking for a builder.

This isn’t a typical back-office finance job—it's a hybrid role where you’ll own the basics today and design the systems for tomorrow.

Financial Operations (≈30–40%)

- Support AP/AR runs, vendor payments, and collections.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end adjustments.
- Liaise with outsourced accounting provider to ensure timely close and reconciliations.
- Track compliance reporting (lenders, covenants, board packages).

FP&O; / Management Reporting (≈30–40%)
- Own monthly financial & KPI reporting package.
- Analyze budget vs. actuals, highlight risks & opportunities.
- Maintain and update 13-week cash forecast.
- Prepare reporting for CEO/CFO, board, and lenders.

Systems & Strategic Projects (≈20–30%)
- Design and implement reporting templates, dashboards, and workflows.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses (pricing, payor mix, unit economics).




- Drive process improvements to automate and streamline financial operations.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience: ex-Big 4 senior associate or FP&A;/finance analyst preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Exposure to month-end close, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Comfortable with both transactional finance and strategic analysis.
- Self-starter, able to create and implement systems with minimal guidance.
- Scrappy and collaborative. Equally comfortable running an AP batch or preparing a board deck. ‎

- Roll up your sleeves on core finance ops: AP/AR runs, collections, journal entries, and coordinating with our outsourced accounting firm.
- Take ownership of reporting & forecasting: monthly financial/KPI packs, budget vs. actuals, and a 13-week cash forecast.
- Partner directly with the CEO & CFO on board decks, lender reporting, and strategic analyses.
- Build and improve: automate reporting, streamline AP/AR, and create dashboards and processes that scale.
