Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Italian–English Interpreter. The interpreter will facilitate clear, accurate communication between Italian- and English-speaking parties in virtual meetings, training sessions, customer interactions, and other professional settings.

Responsibilities include performing real-time interpretation, preparing by reviewing relevant materials and terminology, and ensuring meaning, tone, and context are preserved. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, adhering to confidentiality and professional standards,



and providing feedback to improve language processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-cultural conversations and ensure clarity in both Italian and English.
- Proficiency in translation and interpretation between Italian and English, with the ability to convey meaning accurately and neutrally.
- Experience in English teaching or language training, supporting effective delivery of information and educational content.
- Customer service and client-facing skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian and excellent command of English.
- Prior experience in interpretation, translation, or language services, ideally in remote or digital environments.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Comfort with digital tools and virtual communication platforms; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Relevant academic background in languages, translation, interpretation, or a related field is preferred.
