We’re looking for a BTB Operations Executive to join our LATAM team.
? Location
Hybrid – 2 days in-office (versátil)
? Must be based in Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina
? Schedule
- Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)
- Includes weekend shifts (Sat or Sun)
- 5x2 schedule
- Night shift coverage (2 weeks, twice a year)
? What You’ll Do
- Deliver operational support & ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage requests across communication channels
- Handle inquiries pre, during & post travel
- Coordinate with local & international suppliers
- Support clients across TBO products & services
- Proactively solve operational issues
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Degree or advanced studies in Tourism or related fields or Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is required, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- CRM knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication & customer focus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
