Coordinates and supports the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, organisational culture, change management, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, transformation and workforce capability. The incumbent coordinates organisational assessments, stakeholder engagement processes, workforce analytics, reporting and programme implementation activities, contributing to the successful delivery of organisational development interventions that advance the University's people, culture and workforce sustainability objectives.

Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development / Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or other relevant field coupled with three (3)



years of relevant experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Human Capital Development, Change Management, Organisational Effectiveness, or a related field of expertise with good organisational and administrative skills, OR
- A Diploma in Organisational Development / Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or other relevant fields coupled with four (4) years of relevant experience in the field of expertise with good organisational and administrative skills;
- Registration with a recognised professional body will be an added advantage
- A Master's degree will be an added advantage
- Experience within higher education institutions will be an added advantage
