EZ Edits is a done-for-you YouTube video editing and thumbnails agency helping creators and brands grow through consistent, high-quality content. We're a remote-first team building out formal systems for sales, operations, and revenue growth as we scale.
THE ROLE The Revenue Growth Specialist owns the full top-of-funnel revenue engine — from outbound outreach and lead enrichment through nurture sequencing and pipeline conversion. You're not just booking calls, you're driving qualified leads through every stage of the funnel (Awareness
→ Interest → Nurture) and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Awareness & Outreach
- Generate and Pre-Qualify Leads according to our Idóneo Customer Profile
- Execute new-lead outreach and structured follow-up sequences across email and LinkedIn
- Run email deliverability testing and manage outreach variant loading for A/B campaigns
- Maintain Founder LinkedIn repost cadence and submit YTJobs applications
- Track and update funnel outputs and results reporting
Interest & Conversion
- Register and qualify inbound leads; run response and next-steps checks
- Coordinate and confirm intro calls between qualified leads and the sales team
- Engage new Instagram followers via direct outreach
Nurture & Re-Engagement
- Own ECN (Engagement/Nurture Sequence) initiation, follow-ups, and open-lead nurturing across all ECN tiers
- Re-engage cold or stalled leads through structured, multi-touch nurture campaigns
- Flag pipeline bottlenecks and recommend adjustments to sequencing or targeting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2+ years in sales development, growth marketing, or revenue operations (Bonus)
- Strong written communication — comfortable owning outreach and nurture copy
- Detail-oriented and process-driven; comfortable working inside CRM/ClickUp workflows
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight in a remote, fast-moving team
- Bonus: experience with cold email/LinkedIn outreach tools and A/B testing frameworks
COMPENSATION & REPORTING
Stipend plus performance-based commissions and bonuses tied to funnel and pipeline results.
