Role Description The Senior Designer (Senior Level, Contractor, English Required) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the visual design and creative direction for marketing and technical content. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and producing digital and print assets, designing presentations and marketing collateral, and creating visuals that clarify complex technical concepts for specialized audiences.

The role involves collaborating closely with marketing strategists, writers, and technical stakeholders to develop cohesive brand-aligned campaigns and materials.

Designer will manage multiple projects, uphold design standards, provide constructive feedback to other creatives,



and ensure deliverables are on time, on brand, and optimized for various channels.

Qualifications

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, layout, and typography for marketing and technical content.
- 5 years of experience minimum required.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar). Experience designing for web, social, and presentation formats.
- Experience working with brands in technology sectors such as aerospace, defense, AR/VR, or advanced computing, or a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely, interpret briefs, and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple assignments in a contractor setting.
- Attention to detail, commitment to consistency in brand application, and openness to iterative feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, UX considerations, and basic knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design is beneficial.
