We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Analyst (Intake Analyst) to join our general team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys investigating, assessing risk, and contributing to informed business decisions in a collaborative international environment.

What will be your impact?

- Conduct thorough risk assessments to support the onboarding of new clients and new matters for existing clients.
- Perform research using a variety of databases and public sources to identify potential compliance, reputational, and financial crime risks.
- Analyze findings and escalate high-risk matters when appropriate, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Support compliance and risk management processes by applying established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and validate information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different regions to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements and help maintain high-quality standards across the team.
- Develop expertise in risk, compliance, and client onboarding practices within a global organization.





What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

- Degree in, or current studies related to, Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience or knowledge of AML, Compliance, KYC, Risk Management, or Client Onboarding processes.
- Advanced English skills (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Motivation to work in a global, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
