Medcase is a integral platform connecting healthcare professionals with enterprises in digital health, life sciences, and medical device innovation — spanning data annotation, AI training, and expert consulting across a clinician network in 30 countries.

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support a Project Manager on healthcare and AI-related projects. Fully remote, based in Colombia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as the point of contact for clinicians — calling and emailing with updates, collecting availability, answering inquiries
- Maintain project data on the team's task management platform, following up on outstanding tasks
- Keep organized project records: reports, performance trackers, meeting notes, and clinician correspondence
- Build dashboards and performance reports, and give regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Review data for consistency and completeness before delivery
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, interviews, and training sessions
- Flag workflow or communication issues to the Project Manager




- Gather role and candidate requirements to pass along to the recruitment team, and handle administrative tasks for onboarding and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support (healthcare or tech industry preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Able to work remotely across time zones
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Analytical skills — experience tracking and reporting on work in Google Sheets

PREFERRED:

- Experience with Odoo, Slack, Hubspot, or Notion
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology or AI/data projects
