Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant
Job Type: Short-Term Contract
Compensation: $2,500–$4,000 USD/month
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to support a short-term ERP migration and implementation project.
The project involves migrating financial and business processes from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as supporting the setup and implementation of a new U.S. legal entity.
This role is adecuado for a consultant with strong hands-on Business Central experience, ERP implementation expertise, and a solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Configure and customize Business Central according to business requirements
- Support the implementation and setup of a new U.S. legal entity
- Assist with financial and accounting process configuration
- Support data migration, validation, and system integrations
- Identify and resolve implementation and configuration issues
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Business Central solutions
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proven experience with ERP implementations and migrations
- Strong knowledge of Business Central configuration and customization
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Experience with data migration and integrations
- Experience working with Business Central in real-world implementation projects
- Experience with U.S. localization, accounting requirements, or U.S. entity setup is highly desirable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Certification – Required
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is REQUIRED for this position.
- Candidates must hold a current/relevant Microsoft Business Central certification or equivalent active certification at the time of application.

- Experience with U.S. localization and entity setup
- AL development knowledge
- Experience integrating Business Central with other accounting, ERP, or business systems
- Experience supporting multi-entity implementations
