About the Opportunity

Center Tel BPO is expanding our network of professional freelance interpreters to support communication across a variety of industries and client interactions.

Are you fluent in English and Spanish and interested in using your language skills in a professional interpreting environment?

We are currently seeking qualified bilingual interpreters who can communicate accurately, professionally, and confidently while supporting conversations between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking individuals.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates must demonstrate

- Strong English fluency, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Full fluency in Spanish
- Strong interpreting ability, including the ability to accurately convey meaning between English and Spanish
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and appropriate communication at all times
- The ability to remain neutral, accurate, and focused during interpreted conversations
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
- The ability to follow instructions, procedures, and quality expectations
- A quiet and professional environment suitable for remote interpreting
- Reliable internet access and appropriate equipment for remote work

Previous interpreting experience is preferred, but candidates with strong bilingual communication skills and demonstrated interpreting ability may also be considered.

English Fluency Is Essential

Strong spoken English is a core requirement for this position.



Candidates must be comfortable conducting a professional conversation in English and demonstrating their communication skills during the interview process.

Training Provided for Selected Candidates

Candidates who successfully complete the interview and are selected to move forward will receive interpreter training designed to prepare them for the role.

Training will cover interpreting techniques, professionalism, procedures, communication expectations, and quality standards to help prepare you for success in the position.
