About the role
You will join our in-house training center and grow into a QA engineer over a 4–5 month mentoring program, working alongside experienced engineers.
What you will do
Practice on real project cases under the supervision of a dedicated mentor, with regular theory and practical assessments.Use AI tools in day-to-day testing tasks from day one, and learn both their strengths and their limits.After successfully completing the program and the final assessment, join our team as a full-time QA engineer on projects for international clients in the automotive, consumer goods, and other industries.
What you need
A technical background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field — completed, in progress,



or acquired through equivalent self‐study.A solid grasp of Object‐Oriented Programming fundamentals.English at B1 level or aboveAvailability for 40 hours per week throughout the program.Legal right to work in Argentina and the ability to work on‐site in Buenos Aires.
No prior commercial experience is required.
