Collaborate with stakeholders across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.Hands-on experience supporting:Month-end, quarter-end, or year-end closeAccount reconciliationsJournal entriesFinancial reportingAudit supportExperience with ERP implementations, system migrations, or process transformation projects.Ability to work with both Finance and Technology teams.Intermediate to advanced English.Nice to have Oracle, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Finance, or similar ERP experience.Power BI, SQL, Python, or data analytics tools.Insurance industry experience.Multi-country or regional project exposure.Why Join Us?
