We are looking for an Engineering Manager - Mobile Development to lead iOS and Android teams delivering secure, reliable, client-focused mobile apps.
You will balance people leadership with delivery ownership, partnering with Product, UX, Architecture, Quality Engineering, Security, and Platform teams across the lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow iOS, Android, and cross-platform mobile engineersOwn end-to-end mobile delivery across discovery, architecture, development, testing, release, and production supportPartner with Product and UX to shape roadmaps, priorities, estimates, and release plansDefine mobile architecture, coding standards, and reusable engineering patternsGuide technical choices across native iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin, and cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or FlutterEnsure consistent user experiences across device types, OS versions, and screen sizesOversee integrations with APIs, identity platforms, payments, analytics, notifications, and third-party SDKsDrive automated unit, integration, UI, accessibility, performance, and security testingManage mobile CI/CD pipelines including code signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, and environment configurationsGovern Apple App Store and Google Play submissions, reviews, phased rollouts, and rollback proceduresMonitor application performance metrics such as crash-free sessions, startup time, network reliability, and client feedbackLead incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvement actions for production issuesPlan team capacity, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career growthCoordinate dependencies across distributed teams, platform groups,
