The adecuado candidate has experience operating as a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead, with responsibility for solution design, technical decisions, code quality, and supporting other engineers through implementation.The role requires strong technical judgment and application architecture knowledge, but its scope is primarily at the feature and solution level.

and shared componentsReview and refine specifications and technical plans for clarity, feasibility, and architectural alignmentEstablish practical architecture guardrails that enable delivery speed without over-engineeringOwn architecture direction for AI-enabled application capabilities, including tool orchestration boundaries and tenant-safe context handlingDefine how agent tools are exposed, gated, and governed across user context, role, and tenant boundariesHelp shape the agentic operator implementation model, interfaces, and control points at feature levelPartner with team leads to break architecture into incremental, deliverable slicesIdentify cross-workstream dependencies and integration risks early, and support mitigation planningEnsure non-functional requirements are addressed, including security, reliability, observability, and operational supportabilityValidate implementation alignment with agreed architecture patterns and integration contractsContribute to architecture checkpoints, pull request quality gates, and Definition of Done standardsHow We Work:Architecture participates from specification and planning stages, not only at final review.We work in pods with feature ownership and close collaboration across architecture, engineering, QA, and product.We use structured technical reviews, protected branches, and green CI as merge requirements.We combine AI-assisted delivery with mandatory human technical review for architecture-impacting changes.We optimize for delivery speed, risk coverage, maintainability, and long-term platform consistency.Must Have Skills:Own Architecture or senior technical design roles for enterprise applicationsStrong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and API-driven designExperience working in multi-team delivery models with cross-functional collaborationPractical experience writing and reviewing technical specifications, architecture notes, and design documentationHands-on understanding of multi-tenant concepts, including isolation of data, configuration,
