Key Requirements
Advanced English (C1) required
4-6 years of experience preparing U.S. Federal and State Tax Returns
Hands-on experience with Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax Returns
Strong knowledge of U.S. Taxation and Statutory Accounting Principles
Experience in Public Accounting or Corporate Accounting
Experience with financial statements, month-end close, and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Main Responsibilities
Prepare Federal and State tax returns for individuals and businesses
Support tax planning and estimated tax projections
Perform bookkeeping activities related to tax engagements
Conduct tax research and identify filing requirements




Review client documentation and identify outstanding items
Utilize tax software to prepare and process tax returns
Analyze financial information and identify tax-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Trust and Non-Profit tax returns
Knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles
Experience with CCH ProSystem fx, Engagement, and Thomson Reuters Practice Management
Ability to thrive in a high-volume tax environment and work additional hours during peak seasons
