As a Clinical Project Manager at Novartis, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of clinical trials, driving execution from site initiation through to study close-out.
Working across diverse teams and geographies, you will coordinate study activities, manage risks, champion quality and compliance, and ensure key milestones are achieved.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine project leadership, collaboration and operational excellence to help bring innovative medicines to patients faster.Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of clinical studies from site initiation through study close-out.Drive study execution, tracking progress, timelines, risks and mitigation plans across assigned countries.Partner with integral and local teams to achieve recruitment, quality and data delivery goals.Chair study team meetings and act as the primary operational contact for assigned studies.Monitor study performance and resolve operational challenges to maintain delivery against commitments.Champion compliance,
