leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI tools to solve high-value strategic client challenges.Project Support: Assist the Engagement Manager in planning, research, data analysis, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance customer service operations and sales effectivenessClient Engagement: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, gather data, and support and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and executive presentationsData Analysis & AI Acceleration: Build complex Excel models and extract actionable strategic insights, actively leveraging GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to speed up analytical cycles and pressure-test hypothesesDeliverable Creation: Produce high-impact PowerPoint presentations and reports that clearly and persuasively communicate key findings and recommendationsWhat We Are Looking ForMust Have:Education: Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or quantitative disciplinesExperience: Minimum 1 year of experience in management/strategic consulting or similar client-facing rolesLATAM Mobility: Full willingness to travel and spend extended periods on-site across Latin AmericaAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, and hands-on familiarity with Generative AI toolsLanguages: Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 Level required)Nice to Have:Working knowledge of ItalianPrior exposure to Customer Operations, Contact Center, or Sales Effectiveness best practices
