We're hiring: Lead Solution Analyst – Payments
We are looking for a strong Lead/Senior Solution Analyst with deep Payments experience to join a challenging international project within the financial services/ banking domain.
This role is idóneo for someone who combines strong business analysis, functional solution design, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable and reusable functional solutions
Work on Cross-Border and Real-Time Payments initiatives
Follow ISO ***** / CBPR+ standards
Prepare detailed interface mapping and static data documentation
Collaborate closely with business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders
Support Agile, cross-functional teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
Support UAT planning, test case preparation, execution and tracking




Identify risks and issues proactively and drive appropriate mitigation
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality delivery
What we're looking for:
15+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years in Payments / Solution Analysis
Strong experience in Cross-Border Payments
Extensive knowledge of ISO *****, CBPR+ and MX messaging
Experience with pacs/camt messages is highly desirable
Exposure to front-to-back system implementations
Strong understanding of business and technical architecture
Excellent requirements analysis and functional documentation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience working in Agile / cross-functional environments
