We're looking for a Senior Social Analyst to join our team and take ownership of campaign performance across social media platforms.What will you do?
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, ensuring performance is aligned with campaign objectives.Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Monitor budget and pacing, making adjustments to maximize performance and delivery.Work with different audiences and targeting strategies to improve campaign results.Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, placements, and other campaign variables.Translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations and optimization strategies.Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency.Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, executed,



and optimized.What are we looking for?
2+ years of experience in Paid Social / Social Media Advertising.Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization.Experience managing budgets and campaign pacing.Experience working with audiences, targeting, and A/B testing.Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of campaign performance, beyond day-to-day execution.Advanced English (B2+/C1), with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.Why join us?
