What will be your impact?
- Provide administrative and business support services to attorneys, timekeepers, and business professionals.
- Create, edit, format, and produce high-quality documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other client-facing materials.
- Process expenses, invoices, reimbursements, payments, and maintain accurate records and trackers.
- Ensure all work complies with the firm's quality standards, branding guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and data privacy policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and identifying solutions.
- Support process improvement initiatives, project activities,



and quality assurance efforts.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
- Advanced or bilingual English proficiency (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in document production, office administration, professional services, legal services, quality assurance, account management, or related environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
