Moritz is seeking a senior real estate lawyer to join its co-counsel network for Argentina matters. You will lead drafting, review, and negotiation of leases, sale and purchase agreements, and related property documents for startups to enterprise clients.
You will run title reviews and due diligence on real estate components of M&A; and financing deals, advise on financing, security, planning and zoning, and landlord-tenant issues.
