Altimetrik is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP Functional Consultant to join a global HR and Payroll transformation initiative supporting operations across Argentina and Chile.

We're seeking a highly skilled functional consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), payroll configuration, EC-ECP integrations, and payroll processes for Argentina and Chile, capable of driving requirements, configuration, testing, and delivery activities in a integral environment.

Required Experience

-5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience

-Strong hands-on experience with:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

-At least 1 end-to-end EC/ECP implementation

-Experience in support, enhancement,



or AMS projects

-Solid knowledge of Payroll processes for Argentina and Chile

-Experience with payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

-SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Certifications (Mandatory)

-Advanced English communication skills
