Spring Dell Center is seeking compassionate, patient, and motivated Personal Community and Employment Professionals to provide individualized one-on-one support to people receiving services throughout our community.
In this role, you will help individuals achieve personal goals, build meaningful relationships, increase independence, and actively participate in their communities. Support may be provided in day program, employment, home, and community settings depending on the needs and interests of the individual assigned.
Every day is different. This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys helping others grow, values meaningful connections, and wants to make a positive impact through person-centered support.
