Securitized Products Servicing and Balance Analyst:
As a Servicing and Balance Analyst in the Securitized Products Middle Office (SPG MO) team, your daily responsibilities will include trade management, risk management and control of over various product lines. JPMorgan is currently the market leader across these areas and has been a key driver behind the ongoing development of the marketplace. Daily tasks include: Review of loans, reconciliation of remittance reports, processing of escrow and corporate advances, paydowns, and wire requests. Job Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of loan payments and expenses on a monthly basis
- Review and resolve exceptions/breaks on loans to be able to post to the system
- Resolve inquiries from the servicers and internal clients(FO/PC/FC)
- Perform various reconciliations and report
