Job responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with deal teams to support transaction origination and execution across a portfolio of North America clients.
- Coordinate completion of key client activities and transaction milestones, including negative media screening, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) assessments, sanctions due diligence, announcements, and closing steps.
- Participate in due diligence discussions, capture follow-ups, and drive actions to closure with clear ownership and timelines.
- Maintain visibility on the deal pipeline and provide timely status updates, escalation, and prioritization as needed.
- Partner with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams to support client and transaction requirements.
- Partner with Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations to support timely and accurate onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve the consistency and efficiency of execution.





Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of investment banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and loans.
- Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders in a professional, service-oriented manner.
- Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables, manage deadlines, and independently drive tasks through completion.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple active items and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify issues, assess impact, and drive practical resolutions.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering dependable, timely, and accurate support to transaction teams and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status reporting and crisp documentation.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in relationship management, sales coverage, or transaction execution.
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
