Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing stressful situations with creative individuals while accomplishing the task.
- Experience in label and artist management, label product management, artist relations, artist marketing, with specific focus in the Latin market and all music genres available in the region.
