Performs active support of project field operations by managing the receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment. Responsible for overseeing all material management functions to ensure alignment with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role includes supervising material handling teams, coordinating with procurement and field leadership, and ensuring efficient and accurate material flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Summary

This role includes supervising material handling teams, coordinating with procurement and field leadership, and ensuring efficient and accurate material flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination & Planning - Collaborate with procurement teams, vendors,



and project leadership to forecast material needs, schedule deliveries, and ensure readiness for project demands.
- Inventory Control - Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking Over, Short, and Damaged (OS&D;) materials, and ensure discrepancies are documented and communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
- Material Distribution - Coordinate and manage the timely distribution of materials and equipment to field operations in alignment with project schedules and construction sequencing.
- Material Management Systems - Implement and manage project-approved material management software systems, ensuring all tracking, reporting, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Material Receiving & Inspection - Oversee the receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
