ARQ, a fast-growing fintech, is hiring a Product Owner to build ARQ's operating system: the KPI platform, employee directory, and back-office tools that drive company-wide efficiency. You will work directly with the founders, engineers, and department leads to own these platforms end-to-end.
The role emphasizes owning strategy, roadmap, adoption, and data-driven decisions to scale general operations. In-office 3–4 days per week in Argentina is expected.
