Technical Project Manager Overview of Position
The Technical Project Manager supports Legal and Compliance operations by evaluating business processes, systems, data, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Legal, Compliance, IT, and third-party vendors to design, implement, and support technology-driven solutions that align with organizational objectives. The position is responsible for leading business transformation initiatives, managing projects from planning through implementation, and ensuring changes are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations. The Technical Project Manager serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, supporting system enhancements, resolving operational challenges, and driving process optimization efforts. Additionally, this role develops and supports business intelligence and reporting solutions, manages data integrations, oversees automation initiatives, and leverages emerging technologies,



including artificial intelligence tools, to enhance operational effectiveness. The position ensures that established methodologies, governance standards, and change management practices are consistently applied to deliver sustainable business value and operational excellence.
