About the Role We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high-impact team building our client´s internal Customer Experience (CX) Operations platform — the tools CX agents and supervisors rely on daily to manage queues, assignments, conversations, and operational workflows. This role is dedicated to designing and shipping agent-facing UI within a modern, modular frontend architecture, while collaborating closely with the backend services that power queues, agents, assignments, metrics, dashboards, and supervisor controls.
