GTM Enablement Manager, USLI Managed Services
This role supports the USLI Managed Services team by developing standardized GTM, pursuit, offering, campaign, and win collateral that helps sellers communicate EY's value clearly, consistently, and effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, execution focused, and comfortable managing fast-paced, cross-functional content workflows.
Skills, Qualifications & Responsibilities
Content, Storytelling & Pursuit Enablement
Develop executive ready GTM, pursuit, offering, and client-facing content that simplifies complex ideas.
Create playbooks, slipsheets, campaign decks, proposal content, bios, resumes, win stories, case studies, and templates.
Tailor messaging by buyer, sector, service line, alliance, and stakeholder audience.
AI, Digital Tools & Content Production
Use PowerPoint, AI, and digital tools to accelerate research,



content creation, design, and production.
Create AI-assisted presentations, campaign assets, videos, demos, training, and executive communications.
Maintain quality, accuracy, EY brand consistency, and governance standards.
Support GTM strategy, campaign activation, kickoff coordination, reporting, and seller enablement.
Manage campaign planning, BMC and PRC collaboration, stakeholder coordination, tracking, and delivery.
Translate value propositions, differentiators, and win themes into seller-ready materials.
Project Management & Content Operations
Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, milestones, actions, deadlines, and deliverables.
Prioritize requests, synthesize feedback, drive alignment, and deliver high-quality work on time.
Manage SharePoint, Teams, repositories, templates, version control, and reusable enablement assets.
