POSITION SUMMARY
The Crew Transfer Assistant & Driver provides operational support to crew and passenger movements in Ushuaia, combining transfer assistance duties with professional driving responsibilities.
The role is responsible for assisting crew members and passengers at airports, ports and hotels, supporting luggage handling and operational coordination, and driving company vehicles whenever required.
The position requires flexibility, reliability and full availability, as duties may vary according to daily operational needs, flight schedules and vessel movements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and dispatch crew members and passengers at airports, ports and hotels.
- Assist with arrivals, departures, airport check-in and hotel check-in/check-out processes.
- Drive company vehicles safely and professionally according to assigned services.
- Follow the Daily Service Order, including assigned schedules, routes and operational instructions.
- Assist with loading, unloading and handling passenger luggage.
- Support lost luggage claims, follow-up and delivery when required.




- Maintain constant communication with the Transfers Coordinator and Crewing Operations Team.
- Report delays, incidents, changes or any situation that may affect the service.
- Maintain company vehicles clean, organized and in proper operating condition.
- Perform basic pre-service vehicle checks and report maintenance requirements.
- Manage transfer vouchers and other operational documentation when applicable.
- Provide support during last‑minute changes, flight disruptions and other operational contingencies.
- Assist with other Crewing and Transfers‑related operational tasks as required.
