Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager role will be responsible for establishing and leading the end-to-end supply chain function for a newly established Buenos Aires Corporate Office. This role is highly strategic and externally focused, requiring strong supplier engagement, market intelligence, and network development to build a competitive and resilient local supply base.

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the establishment and execution of the supply chain function for mining operations and projects in Argentina. This role is critical to building a strong local presence in a new market, with a primary focus on developing a reliable supplier ecosystem, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, and supporting project delivery in a complex and dynamic mining environment, while aligning supply chain strategies with project timelines, operational needs, and regional business objectives.

In this role, you will manage project Contracts and Procurement personnel in all operations for a project.



You will participate with the project management team in defining and developing the scope of work, and in preparing and coordinating supply chain plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets. You will ensure supply chain operations comply with corporate, business unit and project requirements. The position requires a highly external-facing leader capable of engaging with mining contractors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), logistics providers, and local suppliers.

The role will drive sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensure effective procurement and contract execution, and enable project delivery through proactive supplier relationship management and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
