Xometry is seeking a Performance Marketing Copywriter to own the copy that carries a prospect from click to conversion — marketing and lifecycle emails, video/explainer scripts, and the landing pages that sit at the end of the funnel, across both the Xometry and Thomas brands.Reporting to the Content Director, you'll work closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, designers, and video producers to turn campaign strategy into copy that guides engineers, procurement professionals, and manufacturing leaders toward a decision.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Write marketing and lifecycle emails — welcome series, nurture/engagement workflows, and promotional campaigns — for both the Xometry and Thomas brands




- Write video scripts for YouTube, paid social, and product explainer videos, translating technical capabilities into clear, credible narratives
- Write landing page copy that converts, from hero messaging and value props through to CTAs, aligned with the traffic source and offer
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to plan and sequence email journeys, and with designers/video producers to align copy with visuals and pacing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, and Growth Marketing to keep messaging aligned with campaign goals and brand voice
- Use performance data (open rate, CTR, CVR, watch-through rate) and testing insights to refine copy for higher engagement and conversion
- Contribute to campaign brainstorms and messaging strategy with a creative, test-and-learn mindset
- Maintain and evolve messaging frameworks, email templates, and landing page copy blocks for reuse acros
