Partner with stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness, delivery performance, business outcomes, and customer value.### Key Responsibilities#### Agile Facilitation & Enablement* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops,



planning sessions, retrospectives, and leadership forums.* Develop Agile capabilities across teams and leadership.* Foster communities of practice and knowledge sharing.* Promote data literacy and effective use of delivery insights and dashboards.* Drive alignment and transparency through collaborative facilitation.#### Team & Leadership Coaching* Coach teams on Agile principles, SDLC practices, and modern delivery methodologies.* Improve collaboration, accountability, predictability, and delivery flow.* Use metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.* Partner with leaders to strengthen Agile leadership and outcome-based decision making.* Advise on organizational structures, governance models, and cross-functional alignment.* Support large-scale transformation and change initiatives.#### Continuous Improvement & Value Delivery* Establish continuous improvement practice
