In this role,



she/he will serves as the regional tax leader responsible for ensuring robust tax governance, effective tax risk management, and consistent tax compliance across the Latin America region. The role provides regional oversight and direct involvement across direct tax, indirect tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and other tax matters, and is accountable for ensuring alignment between local tax requirements and the Group's broader tax strategy, policies, and governance standards.
Reporting to the Group Tax Director, the role acts as a key regional escalation and decision point for significant tax, regulatory, and governance matters. The role works closely with local finance and tax teams, shared services structures, external advisors, and tax authorities to support compliance, manage risk, resolve complex tax matters, and drive consistent implementation of Group Tax policies and standards across multiple jurisdictions.
