Your Impact
You are joining us as a front-end web developer who will own and evolve the user interfaces for our internal tools. Alongside that primary focus, you will grow into full ownership of our Power BI reporting, building on solid, hands‑on Power BI experience to take on report and dashboard delivery. Your day‑to‑day will involve building and improving user interfaces first and foremost, while growing into ownership of our Power BI reports, dashboards,
and report‑deployment process — all aimed at making our internal tools more usable and our reporting reliable, consistent, and easy to maintain.

After 90 Days
- The Foundation — You have developed a strong understanding of the existing front-end codebase, and are already building and updating individual Power BI reports yourself as part of your onboarding.
- The Integration — You have built working relationships with Engineering and with the client‑facing teams who rely on your reporting output, and are fielding Power BI requests directly.
- The Contribution — You have independently delivered several Power BI report or dashboard updates, and shipped your first UI improvement.
After 1 Year
- Your Impact — You have taken full ownership of Power BI reporting — including report delivery an
