Key Responsibilities:
• Organize matter documents and maintain accurate records.
• Track deadlines and follow up on requested information.
• Prepare or review administrative documents within the supervising team's instructions.
• Coordinate routine communication and handle confidential information carefully.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with legal document, matter management, calendaring and research tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
