Profound is seeking a Brand Designer to define and shape how Profound looks across every channel—from campaigns and events to the visual systems that scale our brand as we grow.
This hands-on role sits on the marketing team, collaborating with content, demand gen, product, and leadership to craft a strong, coherent brand voice with craft-forward visuals. You’ll lead design systems, campaigns, and brand experiences—from conferences to OOH—pushing creative boundaries while maintaining consistency.
