GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for being an integral part of the enterprise analytics team, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, facilitating to driving business insights and supporting strategic initiatives. Ensure that the organization utilizes data effectively to optimize processes and make informed decisions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Data Analysis: collect, analyze, and quality data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making. Create analytical solutions (reports, dashboards, and visualizations) that deliver actionable information to business leaders.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop, deploy, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights in an accessible and actionable manner.
• Data Gathering: Work together with various departments to understand data requirements, extract relevant data from multiple sources, and ensure data accuracy.




• Documentation: Maintain documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: respond to ad hoc data requests and provide timely insights to support business decisions.
• Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Collaboration: Responsible for working directly with our business partners to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions to solve business problems.
• Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
• May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.
